I read that Brian May has observed that the seating arrangement in British Airways First Class is not to his liking. I believe his namesake Teresa May made the same comment about the house of commons.
Brian has suffered from the onward quest by airlines to make things more cost effective to improve profit. The customer comes a poor second. Frankly looking out of the window is not much of an option for any passengers. My experience is the reduced number of flights attendants has been achieved by getting as many passengers to sleep as possible.
