In the quest to save coffee beans I have adjusted the bean to cup gizmo machine to reduce the strength.
Supplies being limited I thought I would stretch the duration of the bean stock by reducing the strength of a cup of coffee. The bleeding machine is full of selection options all controlled by multiple functional buttons. Press and hold, press twice, press for more options, select options you didn’t know existed or can even contemplate ever using. It is a bleeding nightmare.
Eventually, by shear coincidence and by a route never to remembered I came across a strength option and in few more pressings of buttons hit the super mild flavour. Worth a punt I thought. This produces a cup of hot water and the instruction to then open the grinds drawer and take sniff of the grinds and use your imagination. This way I reckon 3 beans should last a week.
