United Divided Nations

Old MacDonald had a farm; “in out in out shake it all about’. The strength of a united bond within a country has had a right battering recently. The United Kingdom has become the slightly less United Kingdom of Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and England.

The exercise regime seems to be the focus of where and when you can shake it all about. Once a day, twice a day and/or 20 miles travel have raised a quandary. Scotland says no, England says yes until we say no. The peeps living in Berwick On Tweed are traumatised. Living smack on the English or Scottish border, depending on your viewpoint, the locals could easily stroll into the others territory. Thus if you are English on your exercise break or have travelled 20 miles in the old jalopy you could be in foreign parts with different rules.

The USA has the same ordeal. The ‘United’ part of the name has been suspended. The USA is trading as 50 different states, Australia has seven states, Germany has 16 states etc. All are pulling in slightly different directions. And whilst the disarray continues under the smoke screen of covig-19 one country is trying the opposite; to trade as a single unit. China is absorbing Hong Kong and potential invading Taiwan whilst the world deals with its own problems. Out of chaos comes opportunity.

The meandering thoughts of someone with too much time on his hands. Tending to see the obscure and irrelevant in most events I have been forced to record this by family members as a means of diverting attention away from them. But I see their plan.
